Sound healing works for many different issues. Examples include: circulation, muscles, joints, tissue, nerves, arthritis to mention a few. It is a physics principle where one rhythmic system falls in line with another. It is our body’s way of going with the flow.
By placing you on this mat which music is embedded with specific frequencies that coax our mind into different therapeutic states. The carefully constructed tracks stimulate healthy neural activity in the brain by controlling the number of sounds the ear hears per second and playing a slightly different pitch in each ear.
This is a stand-alone mat or works with the Amethyst mat as pictured below. If you are not in the Marin county area, you can order a sound healing mat for your home and work on healing yourself! My husband lies on this mat nightly to heal his arthritic knees, relax, and fall asleep.

LONG DISTANCE HEALING
Pamela provides long-distance energy healing sessions and has found that during the pandemic many of her clients that needed communication appreciated and enjoyed using this method.
Clients that had been coming into the office decided to do remote sessions along with the clients I had been serving. With this method I work with individuals anywhere in the world. Even though we are now able to go out, most of my clients are still wanting their remote healings. Finding that the comfort of their home really works for them to become congruent with what has just shifted in their bodies.
Your acupuncture meridians, chakras and other subtle energy channels are infused with light to energize and transform the individual’s whole energy system. This type of healing has become the most popular and continues to be what the majority of my client’s now book.

How is it Possible to Rebuild the Human Being and the Identifiable world?

Pamela is a certified practitioner and has studied with Dr, Bartlett through his seminars and privately in his office. Reiki
Pamela offers Reiki massage, a hands-on technique where she channels healing energy into the recipient. Your own body and spirit focus the energy allowing for healing to occur.

Healings Are Not Guaranteed. The responsibility lies within you not the practitioner. Many illnesses have been in the body for some time, so it takes time for them to disappear; patience and trust are needed.
Reiki is a complementary therapy and I advocate that continued medical help and advice from your doctor should be sought and followed. I offer, by appointment only, one 15-minute complimentary Reiki distant treatment.

FREQUENCIES
Frequencies of energy governing healing and transformation of our bodies. For example, Frequency for Vitality/Life Energy can enhance the energy of the body as a whole. It can bring information into the cellular structures and streamline the flow of information within the cells.
I have many different frequencies for issues such as harmonizing and balance of the body and many more to draw upon.
ESSENTIALS OILS
Working with the other healing techniques listed above I am now able to include Aroma Touch Techniques, Reflexology/Reflex Therapy, and Auricular Therapy.
Sessions of just essential oils are also available for working on emotional or physical issues.

Using my time with the Berkeley Psychic Institute in the 1980’s and taking classes, tuning my abilities. I graduated from the clairvoyant program, completed the Minister’s training program, and went on to have my own clients part-time as I built Light Touch Energetics

What does it mean to have a healing?
Healing means coming back into balance. Taking time to heal the body and spirit. Becoming calm, and aware, knowing yourself.
What do we work on during a healing?
We can work on balancing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, Psychological, and Spiritual selves. Example let’s say our mental thoughts are not in balance that can cause illness or disease. We work on what it stems from Criticism, Anger, Resentment and guilt. If we have these thoughts we must find ways to release and replace the thoughts into more positive ones.
What do I Mean by Viewing Spiritual Principles
Some of these seen straight forward but most do not consider them to be “spiritual” principles. For instance Acceptance, Open Mindedness, Gratitude, Humility, Patience, and Integrity.
What About Safety of the Healings?
Healings are safe as we are working with you as a Spirit in the Body and you as a Spirit knows what the body needs. Being in a safe place will help you to move forward. This works compliments and works will with western medicine. I would never tell anyone not to visit their medical doctor.
How many sessions will I need?
Most need a couple of sessions to free themselves. Those that have major imbalances may require more sessions as I will be teaching tools that they will be able to use at home. You as a Spirit are doing the healing and will determine how fast you are able to move the body into alignment. I cannot give a length of time or guarantee as to the outcome.
