TRAINING CLASSES IN MEDITATION and HEALING
Classes are available for Meditation, Healings, and to become a Reiki Practitioner at Light Touch Energetics.
These transformative classes are mostly held online via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for all. Each class is an unparalleled experience, as it dynamically aligns with the flow and energy of the group. The beauty lies in the individuality of each session as no two classes are ever the same.

MEDITATION CLASSES
Meditation Level 1
- Meditation 1 Class is the first of three levels. You must complete level 1 before you take level 2 & 3.
- I will work with you how on to ground and use the earth energy and the cosmic energy through your body. Also, I will work with you on how to ground your aura.
- Next, we will work on how to protect yourself from other people’s energy by being in the center of your head and behind your third eye and how to start using your clairvoyance.
- Then we will work on how to “see” your own chakras and work with each individual chakra and the energy contained within them.
- This class will include homework assignments allowing to practice learning how to work with yourself as a spirit in the body.
Meditation Level 2
- Using Roses
- Expanding clairvoyance
- Reviewing Meditation Level 1
Meditation Level 3
- Reading and “seeing” energy
- Reading auras
- Reviewing Meditation Level 1 & 2
HEALING CLASSES
Healing 1 Class is the first of three levels listed below. As in the Meditation classes, you must complete level 1 before you take level 2 & 3.
Healing Level 1
- You will learn how to test for energetic weakness in yourself and others.
- Working with the central nervous system, spinal cord, and how it affects your well-being.
- Pinpoint sources and causes of pain and dysfunctions.
- Remove fears, phobias, and negative emotions.
- Work on eliminating stress, anxiety, and tension.
- Work on eliminating side effects from medications.
Healing Level 2
- Eliminate ear, nose, and throat infections.
- Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and mental confusions.
- We will work with Frequencies to heal the body.
- Working with Angels and Archetypes.
Healing Level 3
- Working on Pets (dogs and cats) and their health issues.
- Fibromyalgia and arthritis.
- High blood pressure and high cholesterol.
- Working on total mental rejuvenation.
REIKI PRACTITIONER TRAINING
To become a Reiki I, II, or III practitioner requires receiving the attunements in person from the teacher who has also received the attunements and training.
In this time of change and crisis for people and our planet, healing techniques are desperately needed. Reiki is Universal Love and cannot remain a secret or exclusive any longer.

Classes will be scheduled when I have a least six people committed to attending so that everyone can work on one-to-one on each other. I like at least a month in between class so your body becomes congruent with your Reiki master who chooses to work with you.
