Holistic healing for dogsI absolutely love working with animals! The first thing that needs to be considered is the overall well-being of the animal, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. It is often a combination of conventional veterinary care and alternative therapies. Energy work is a holistic approach that focuses on the subtle energy fields within the body to promote balance and healing.

I first strengthen the dog by making corrections to the CNS (central nervous system) all the way down to the tip of the tail if they have one. Testing for the number of physical issues that affect the CNS, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and the end of the tailbone.

Most can feel the work and almost immediately changes from my testing/corrections. A response may be a more relaxed behavior. Any corrections on the CNS will generally perk up most pets and make them livelier.

I continue to communicate with the pet through testing without verbalizing. Testing if the dog is basically feeling good or bad and applying the correct corrections.

Massage therapy can improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the bond between the dog and the owner. This is particularly beneficial to older dogs or those with mobility issues.

Essential oils are used to promote relaxation, alleviate anxiety, and address various health issues. However, caution should be exercised as some essential oils can be toxic to dogs, and proper dilution is crucial.

It’s important to note that while holistic approaches can complement conventional veterinary care, they should not replace it. Always consult with a veterinarian, especially if your pet has pre-existing health conditions.
