HELLO

The reason that I say “Hello” to you is that I am communicating with you as a Spirit in the body. You as a Spirit in the body can take in information and heal in no time or space.

Mediation tips

I mainly teach healing methods, but I do like to know that each person taking healing classes has had some variation of meditation. I have my methods and often mix them, so I am open to all types of meditation as long as you are comfortable with the one you chose. All meditation shares common elements such as breathing, sitting quietly in a relaxed area, and slowing the mind to be still. Meditation helps you achieve a state of mental clarity, relaxation, and heightened awareness.

I find that the two areas that I focus on are neutrality and trust. Once one achieves this state while mediating the answers you are looking for flow. Staying out of the analyzer is very important because once you start to analyze what just came through you will lose that neutrality and you may disregard some important information. Having said all of this, it is one of the hardest things to do. We are taught from the time we are little and all through school to analyze so that is where we put our trust in our answers and information.

For me when I started my Spiritual journey this was the hardest test. You can’t analyze (why)? because you’re not neutral, you must trust the information you receive and flow with it. All this takes time as you are re-learning the process of solving problems. The best thing to validate yourself is to pat yourself on the back and tell yourself as Spirit in the body you are doing a great job! You as a Spirit choose your body and the two parts need to work together.

Practice trusting the information that you receive and flow with it. Recapture the feeling of kindergarten and be playful with this and you will be pleasantly surprised at the effects you receive.

Mediation tipsIt is important to note that meditation is a skill that takes time to develop, and the benefits may vary from person to person. Just a few minutes of regular meditation practice a day can lead to positive changes in both mental and physical well-being for you. When I teach meditation, I start with simple techniques so that each week you get more to practice with, and it allows the body to adjust to methods of self-reflection and introspection leading to better understanding of self. With this increased awareness valuable personal growth and development occurs.

I suggest that you find a place at home where you can sit and remove yourself from what is happening in the outside orbit. Try ten minutes to begin with, sit quietly and then as you find yourself settling down increase the time to twenty minutes. Play with it! I find before a meeting just take a moment to own that neutrality and trust that the information you get is the right information at this time.

Namaste,
Pamela
