Wearable Crystals I am a person that loves to wear crystals in jewelry! I personally love the beauty of them and also the healing aspects that some stones provide for me. Crystals have been associated with alternative and holistic healing practices and are believed to have metaphysical properties that can positively impact physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

You may want a necklace, rings to adorn your hands, bracelets, earrings, or you may just want to put a small stone in your pocket and touch it when you need some support.

Rose Quartz is often referred to as the “stone of love,” as it is associated with promoting love, compassion, and harmony. Most often used in necklaces and bracelets.

Clear Quartz is a versatile and powerful crystal, clear quartz helps amplify energy and promote clarity of thought. It is commonly used in all types of jewelry.

Amethyst healing crystalsAmethyst is known for its calming and stress-relieving properties, amethyst if often worn as a pendant or bracelet. It is used to promote clarity of the mind and help with emotional balance.

Citrine is known as the “success stone,” as it is believed to attract prosperity and abundance. Most people who wear this as jewelry wear it in a ring or pendant.

Black Tourmaline is a crystal that is thought to have protective properties, absorbing negative energy. Some wear it as a pendant but it is often kept in their pocket to ward off negativity.

Lapis Lazuli is associated with spiritual enlightenment and wisdom; Lapis lazuli is often worn in a pendant or earrings to promote self-awareness and inner peace.

Turquoise NecklaceTurquoise is regarded as a protective stone; turquoise is said to promote spiritual attunement and enhance communication. It is worn by men and women.

Hematite is used for its grounding properties, it helps balance and align the mind, body, and spirit. Most often used in bracelets.

This is only a fragment of crystals that perform functions for helping align the body and spirit, but I tried to give you the most common ones.

It’s important to note that crystals used for healing is a personal belief and falls within the realm of alternative and complementary medicine. While people report positive experiences with crystal use the therapeutic efficacy of crystal is limited. If you are interested in exploring crystal healing, it is essential to approach it with an open mind and as a complimentary practice rather than a substitute for conventional medical treatment. Always consult with healthcare professionals for any medical concerns.

Namaste,
Pamela
